Thank you for considering Zia’s for your next event! We have our “Library” room for large parties & events, which is a luxurious private dining room walled in between wine bottles, casings of books and a picturesque window overlooking the Maumee river. The maximum number of guests that we can accommodate in this room is 40. For this space, we do not have a room fee, rather a minimum spend requirement. If you plan on booking an event in this room, we ask that you spend a minimum of $600 on food before tax and gratuity. On Friday & Saturday, the room can be booked at 5/5:30 or 8/8:30pm.
We also have space in the main dining room that can accommodate up to 24 people. This area does not have a minimum food purchase requirement or time restrictions.
We do not need to take down a credit card ahead of time. We set up a feast menu for parties of 20 or more. The following is the layout for our banquet-style feast menu for large parties. We call it the “Festo di Vitto”, and it is a five-course, family-style dinner with large dishes to pass. The cost per guest is $27.95, with children under the age of 10 being $12.95. All parties over 20 guests are required to go with this option, but this format can be portioned all the way down to a party of 10, if desired. The following is a breakdown of the course options.

Course IV: Secondo / Protein Entrée (Please select TWO of the following)
Option 1: Pollo al Marsala / Chicken Marsala
Option 2: Pollo Parmigiana / Chicken Parmesan
Option 3: Spiedini Misti / Shrimp, Sausage & Chicken
Option 4: Salmone Con Spinaci / Salmon with spinach
Course V: Dolce / Dessert (You will receive BOTH of the following)
